A National curriculum can be defined as a set of guidelines of books, references, teaching methods and frameworks of knowledge, which shall be delivered to it's students who are going for formal education. I think it is essential for all the students of a nation to study same national curriculum untill they go to the college for studing a special branch of knowldge. It will be resulting national harmony of thinking and sense of solidarity among the whole nation, which is essential to build a strong and successful nation.

In Modern era, an ideal citizen must have some basic and essential knowldge about science, math, philosophy, history, technology, culture and many more fundamental topics which has defined the mankind till today. Without these core knowledge on these subjects, a person is unable to envision the reality, think freely and work for the greater good of the society, nation and mankind. A uniform national curriculam for all the students till college is the most promising way to ensure it.

It is well established by the scientists that a person develops his or her personality till mid twenties. So, before going to college, a student's personality is generally not mature to decide his or her interest on a brach of knowlege or profession. If that person receives fundamental knowledge about all the possible subject matters, then it's possible for him or her to choose a specific brach of interest and fix a life goal wisely. So, to ensure that the person has that funamental knowledge base to make that decision, it is imperative to ensure a similar national curriculum.

Moreover, if all the students of a nation goes through a same national curriculum, it can be ensured that they all have a similar understanding of life, society and mankind. Aa a result, we can expect a deciplined, efficient and co-operative nation when these students take the responsibility of the society as well as the nation.
