I've started a renovation at my place. I have to highlight that I'm a single woman, no brothers, no father any more. I believe there's a huge relation between the way things go with those workers and being a woman with no man by my side.
The first mason decided to preach the Gospel to me. The second thought it was ok to tell me my decisions on the renovation were not the best. The third was taking too much time to build a wall, because I'm paying per day and, of course, I'm ignorant about constructions - he assumed.
It's been two weeks since I invited a fourth one to estimate the services. I didn't like his attitude towards me, because he was malicious and aggressive, so I said I would'nt hire him. It's been two weeks he's been insisting and sending me messages like "I was in front of your house today".
The day before yesterday, the fifth mason was really flirty, but I decided to condone the behavior so the job is finished. Yesterday he didn't show up because he spent the money I paid him on drinking. "I'm single and I have a hangover" was his explanation to me. Believe it or not!
