Nowadays, with the technological increasing people are overload. The accumulation of information with routine tasks has become people stressed. Usually, we receive a lot of information that affects our body and mind. It is very common to see people trying to reconcile their careers and studies with family life. When people have a routine and spend a lot of time surfing on the internet it can cause increased stress and anxiety, as well as overwhelming feelings, sedentary lifestyle, lack of concentration, heart problems, and focus.
In addition, the research have shown that the number of people who are having problems with stress has risen a lot. People who work, studies and take care of families are having issues with anxiety, For example, according to research, 83% of students have anxiety caused by stress. Students pass much time thinking about what they need to study and they do not have time for leisure, for this reason, many of them have a sedentary lifestyle. People are more worried in do tasks than worry about their own health. It is essential to have more time for leisure to decrease stress.
Moreover, technology is the main factor in relation to the accumulation of stress. The use of technology to much can kill productivity. Some workers have been losing their jobs by a lack of concentration. They dedicate more time to surfing on the internet than to their work. People do not have focus, they overused the internet, scrolling aimlessly the Instagram and other social networks. Many people do not know to deal with the amount the information they receive. Stress can also cause heart problems. Women are easily emotionally affected. Some women are homemakers and workers consequently more stressed.
To sum up, currently, people have become more stressed. They spend a lot of time on the internet that is the main factor in the accumulation of stress. It is striking how our body reacts the stress-causing anxiety, lack of concentration, sedentary lifestyle, heart problems, and focus. People are overload with the information they receive every day. The lack of leisure affected our body causing stress and a sedentary lifestyle. When you use the internet a lot increases the serious risk of health problems. People need to have control over their lives and useless technology.
