Companies worldwide compete to draw attention from the customers to offer their products. The input comes from everywhere, for example, tv, radio station, post on social media, and so on. However, many brands struggle to master customer loyalty, and that is what they are pursuing. I find this equation complex to master, but I believe small actions can build a strong relationship between companies and buyers.
A lot of people do not care about this relationship. However, this is a super important business strategy used to hold clients and not take their customs elsewhere. I totally agree with this approach, and I think they can start with the right foot with excellent customer service. People tend to relax more in an intimate conversation that will lead to a negotiation. A totally new experience can also help build loyalty. Some barber shops' offer beers and have a thematic environment such as soccer and bars. And they even have a pool table. This kind of commitment helps the industry beauty keep men as regular buyers. I have a good relationship with the brands that I choose to buy. For example, I always had great experiences buying apple products, not only because of the staff that is super kind but also from the treatment you receive at the store. I used to have horrible service at barber's shops. But once I finally found an excellent one, I kept him.
Most people want to buy and go home, but others like to be treated properly. My point is; always be gentle and try to offer a different shopping experience. Customer loyalty will come up eventually.
