A healthy young person would not find any difficult to get through this process. Nevertheless, elderlies may find some barriers to get their license renewed. In most cases, cognitive deficits are responsible for the lack of attention on the traffic owing to their age. I believe denying their access to a document that is their right is not the solution, but we can implement specific rules for their traffic. And request an update in a shorter period.
