With the way the workforce is these days its great to have knowledge of at least one other language i am trying to learn espanol as much as possible

I totally agree. It seems as though you have that "edge" when you're multilingual and fluent in each language. I'm also interested learning Español especially when I saw the music video La Cintura by song artist Alvaro Soler. It has an upbeat tone and I feel I just got to learn Español to be able to understand the lines.

Would it be more correct if we add a comma (,) between "...these days" and "it is great..."?
