Grammar
While not as common as unaffixed or ma- adjectives, naka- and nakaka- adjectives are still fairly frequently used. Be careful not to get these confused with the completed/uncompleted forms of maka- verbs. For example:

Sometimes the stress is different, but other times you will have to rely on context to tell these apart.
Naka- Adjectives
Naka- brings the nuance of “in the condition of” or “wearing” the root word.
Ex: tirá = reside => nakatirá = residing
Ex: sapatos = shoes => nakasapatos = wearing shoes
Ex: tutok = focus => nakatutok = concentrating
Ex: Nakatira ang babae sa Cebu.
