If you recall the intro to live vs dead syllables, you might recognize these as dead since they sound like they stop suddenly, or are closed. โต๊ะ has a high tone mark, so it’s high tone per rule 2. From the intro to tones, you may be able to tell that the rest are low tone just by listening to them. Here is the tone rule:
Tone rule three – dead mid class consonant syllables with no tone marks have low tones.
