Working in a multinational company is a dream for a lot of people. People think when they build a good career and work hard to get higher in position at a big company is the best career. For me I always thought that working in a big company would only help me or people to be a gear in a machine so you could be replaced any time. Not only that with time you will start to eat, wear, speak and even think the same way as other employees its insane. So instead of doing that I decided to work in two ways. First is to take risks and start my own business and use any potential opportunity. Second is to work in small businesses that would allow me to grow together and learn a lot of new things.

I agree with you. I worked in a big company before. I did my contribution and in return I improved my set of skills. However, the progress of my career is quite difficult for me since there's lot of competition inside and politics is getting worst. So, I decided to work independently as a freelance. Now, I owned my time and I can travel in my most convenient time. Planning to put up a business :)

Yeah, that's right, They thought that way, but sometimes some people enjoying working in big company some don't so it's according to every people not all.

Yes, right. But being the boss of your own business is very different and self-fulfilling. It helps a person to develop his innermost potential and allows him/her to be self-independent, which is very crucial in developing one's self.
