Today I watched a youtube video by my teacher recommendation about the pronunciation of consonants in english. With this video I learned that there are 24 different consonant sounds. At least, there aren't variations between American and British English.
The presenter also says that americans usually pronounce the "r" in the end of the words, while britishers, don't.

I may have misunderstood who was presenting the video here. I thought it was the teacher doing the presenting. The other correction took it that the teacher recommended a video presented by someone else. Sorry if I got it wrong.
