A lot of companies worldwide develop medications or even products for our benefit. Most of them use animals to run tests to see if the drug is reliable or has any side effects. This practice is not regarded as a suitable method for most people, especially animal protectors. I find this issue very complex, but I beg to differ between the medical field and the research companies.
Firstly, animals were created to keep the balance in our world. And each species have a crucial role in maintaining flora and fauna in perfect unison. Humans have already destroyed a large amount of our planet, and pharmaceutical companies are using defenseless animals to perform scientific experiments on those creatures. Strikes around the globe are taking place to fight against those giant companies that rule the world with their money. Activists such as lawyers, vegans, and animal protectors are fighting every day to put an end to this. Animal exploitation cause pain, develop diseases such as cancer, and many of them die during the process. However, there are other solutions to this problem, for example, running tests in laboratories or even in humans. Nowadays, there are a lot of companies that do not use animals or any animal input to fabric or develop their products. These companies are known for being vegan or animal friendly, but actually, they are doing their part of protecting the species we have left.
In conclusion, companies should invest more in other fields to create better solutions to test their products. We must keep our animals safe because they are our future.
