About Portuguese, my native language
Portuguese is a hard language for the people how are not native , it has many different verbal conjunctions (5000 verbs :D). When i saw americans speaking portugues they have difficult on the pronunciation ( our language has a nasal pronunciation) and they have difficult at the gender of the things, let me explain:
In English when we say: The door. The word "The" has no gender in English, but in Portuguese they have. Let me Show you guys:
A porta. The word "A" is a female word, its the same word "The". Another example.
O cachorro (The dog). The word "O" is a masculine gender.
