I wonder whether there is no 'best way' to learn universally, but different ones according to each personality. Most effective for one is probably not so for another. Most studies of personality types and styles of learning reveal there is no one-size-fits-all for many things in life, especially how we respond to sensory, emotional and cerebral input. Diversity is the key. And at different stages of our learning journey, different methods are more effective, and the process is eclectic. Agree?
