I use Mondly: https://www.mondly.com, give it a try. I also used Duolingo but it's just for fun and it's not working. If you really want to learn try Mondly.
You can also use Preply for real talks or youtube is still a great source!

Mondly worked really well for me. Duolingo is a joke and is only for fun. If you really want to learn something try Mondly but also youtube videos or if you need real teachers, preply.
