In my country, there are not enough jobs. People with bachelor & masters degree have to apply to very low-salary jobs. While someone with no experience, degree & knowledge is given a higher post just because of their relation.
My friend went to an interview. There, he was rejected just because he wasn't from the same state as of the recruiter and the recruiter accepted someone from his district. I mean, the hell.

happens all the time where i am from. Relation over degree or experience. If you have connection, u get the job.😑

Sadly, that’s very true in many places. Connections and favoritism often matter more than skills or education, which is really unfair to those who work hard and qualify on merit.

Sadly, this kind of situation happens in many places. When connections matter more than skills or qualifications, it’s frustrating and discouraging for people who genuinely work hard and deserve opportunities based on merit.
