I don't think I have any crazy combination. I like to put turmeric in everything even in sweet stuff. I also make crazy protein shakes when I don't have the time to eat. For example: vanilla whey, garlic, lettuce, beans, tuna, beet root and maybe some honey if I want to make it sweet.

Speaking is always easier. A lot of teachers first try to teach in writing instead of speaking. But for me it was muche easier leqrning to speak then being able to read.
I used to do judo, then switched to karate then I stopped because of lack of time. I think judo was a bit too basic and more of a beginner martial art form , not really useful for self defense. Karate is better but for dangerous scenarios I would recommend jujitsu, krav maga , and muay thai.

In Greek: sas parakalo or se parakalo. (Sas) is more formal and can be used when speaking to multiple people.
Se parakalo is more simple and direct to a single person.
