Hmm, at the top of my head I can think of 2 idioms on Macedonian.

In healthy body - healthy spirit

I know this mostly cause of jokes about this idiom. Basically in Macedonian we have the same exact word for "Hello" and "healthy" so if a person only knows one translation of the word he can say "Hello body - hello spirit"

Another one that I can think of is..

Wind in fog

Ha, these idioms sound hilarious when you translate them. Basically "wind in fog" means "non-sense".

Like...."The politicians are selling wind in fog" or "Everything he said was wind in fog"

It means BS, nonsense, something that's dumb and not realistic and stuff like that.

Also there's another idiom I heard from my father and I am not sure if other people know it or not but

Scratch your tummy.

Basically it's...well, not sure how to explain it. It's non-sense. Doing something that serves no purpose and brings no results.
