I was trying to filter English articles for me via Language Tool Web on my iphone, finding that there were two list boxes that weren't showing up at all (one for selecting the difficulty of the article and one for sorting the articles). I've tried safari and chrome, neither of which displayed properly. Not sure if I have missed some point or if it is a bug.
My phone model is: iphone 8 plus with ios 16.7.10

I’d suspect a responsive-layout issue rather than Safari or Chrome specifically, since you’re seeing the same thing in both browsers. On an iPhone 8 Plus running iOS 16, the page may be hiding or collapsing those select boxes at that screen width.
If possible, I’d also try rotating the phone to landscape or requesting the desktop version of the site. If the two controls appear there, that would be a pretty good indication that it’s a mobile CSS/layout bug. Otherwise, a screenshot plus the exact page URL would probably be the most useful information for the developers to reproduce it.
