A few problems/bugs

They're the same on the app and on the website for me.

1. "Open reading settings" opens a popup window that loads infinitely. 

2. Text to Speech doesnt work on Latvian and Estonian (from the languages I tested) when clicking on a word or pressing the volume looking like button next to the word. I dont know if that should have any effect but I tried switching from Samsung TTS to Google TTS on my phone and have both of those language voice packs downloaded. 

3. When adding my profile picture, it bugged and it has only the top 3rd loaded in and now when I click "Choose image" it does nothing.

fyi - these appear to be phone issues. For the phone, we only fix Android App issues. Website issues only get fixed for desktop.

We don't have TTS for these specific languages. We'll check to see if they are available now.

It worked fine for me on desktop, but failed completely on the App. Ticket written.

How is it with estonian, is TTS for it available now?
