I have found myself as I learn new words and phrases I keep mixing them up. In many ways some words sound so close to others and I am mixing them. Practice more I guess!
Learning and mixing words
This happens to everyone to some extent, imo. Nothing to worry about. As long as you spend enough time using the language, it will resolve itself.
