What is your opinion? More than one? More than two? More than three?
I think if you can speak two languages, you’re bilingual; three and you’re trilingual. If you speak even more, you might be known as a polyglot.

Three. :)
Billingual if you can communicate fluently in two languages. Anything over two and you're a multilingual or a polyglot. :)

I agree it's 3 or more. But how good do you have to be at your languages? My personal belief is B2 or better.
Learning Italian every day!
I think fluency means you can communicate to native speakers easily, use idioms, catch nuances and even recognize non verbal cues. So I'm afraid I'm gonna have to go with C1. Or maybe a high B2. :P
