If I was to choose being an animal, I will like to be an Eagle.
I love it. I thing if you are pass 40 you need to incorporate this practice so you can stretch out your muscles, keep a better posture and feel overall better. I also like qigong and tai chi. I love exercising in general running or hard core cardio are my favorites but it puts a lot of pressure in your knees and joints.

I tried it and of all the ones I checked out (Belly Dancing, Pilates, Core), I enjoyed this session the most. Too bad I couldn't continue the lessons.

Why couldn't you continue? There are easy ones you can do at home.

Time, mostly. I used to work at an office and had to commute 2 - 3 hours each way. Plus kids, chores, and other daily things.

I do a little bit of yoga after MMA practice. I just pick a random 30 minute session from Youtube and I'm good.

I used to do MMA with a co-worker and loved! Then I twisted my ankle and had to rest for a month. Haven't gone back since. :(

Prepare for the pain! Hahahahaha! I didn't expect it since yoga looks like very low impact but man, oh man. I felt muscles I didn't even know I had.
