Exercises to improve listening skill

Hi. I come here to ask for tips. I can't find any didactic internet page for training listening skill (in English). I use youtube a lot, but I would like to actually do exercises.

I've found that practicing all 7 pillars of language learning, but also spending a disproportionate time listening, is the best way for me to improve my listening. What kind of exercises are you talking about - listen to a passage, then answer questions about said passage?

 Yes, leosmith, that sort of exercise, besides filling in the blanks... like old school books  

Maybe try clozemaster. They have a good rep among people who like that sort of thing.
