i was browsing through the site and needed chat support. The agent was showing online but no response. Dont know if there was some technical issue. Below is a screenshot.

Do you mean Technical Support in the form of chat like some other sites have? We don't have that. The member you were trying to chat with didn't accept your invitation to chat, that's all that happened there. For technical support, post in this forum, or go to Misc>Contact Us.
