Fixed - Spanish-English combo

I don't know what I had clicked but my page is kind of a total mess. Instructions and titles are in Spanish, but some texts are in English. What's more is that my essay which is written in spanish is now written in English. How can I reset my setting and go back to the normal setting?

There is a tab with an arrow doooown near the FAQ that allows you to change the language. Idk if that will fix it.
