Hi there, my playlist feature has been broken for a few weeks. Anytime I click on an audio it appears to just break and just goes to a blank page. See video attached

Hi Leo, this issue hasn't been resolved yet. Is there any chance it could be escalated?
Cheers
Sorry about that. I've elevated it, but still can't give you an accurate completion date.

New user here. I can play the audio file from the course or lesson I have created. However if I add the audio to the playlist (either using the button) or manually I cannot see or play the audio from the playlist page. I’m using iPhone and iPad if it makes a difference. Is this just an issue for me or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.
Hi Paul. This is a known issue; the ticket is in work.Paul.Acres.5 wrote:New user here. I can play the audio file from the course or lesson I have created. Hi Paul, we can't recreate this. Can you post a link to a passage for which this doesn't work?Paul.Acres.5 wrote:New user here. I can play the audio file from the course or lesson I have created. Thanks - yes see the attached. I’m afraid not much to see - you can see the two recordings in my playlist. After clicking on the top file ‘Koh Samui’ the app just returns a blank page rather than launching the audio. if It’s not clear let me know and I’ll try to show you the problem another way. Cheers, Paul
Sorry about that - we thought we had fixed it. I have forwarded this info to the tech team.
