My husband's native language is Pangasinense, the native language in Pangasinan.

He speaks to me randomly using their language every day and I find it very educating.
The use of new vocabulary words every day gets me to familiarize and remember more.

Listening to conversations and observing their communication can make you adjust.
Even if you cannot understand every word they say, you can follow.

That's great to know that you're trying to learn a language and want a partner. I'm fluent in English, and native with Hindi. If you want to learn together, we can float. Tagalog is in my list, I want to learn it too.

This is awesome! I might take your offer. I studied Korean while in the university but did not really use it.

Is it Bisaya ,Cebuano ?

How is Bisaya and Cebuano different? Also, is Bisaya and Waray different from each other? 

Hi Faye for me Bisaya is similar with Cebuano but when we speak Bisaya some words are different in Cebuano .

Example :

 ENGLISH : Are you going to your friends house?

BISAYA : Mag adto ka didto sa balay sa imuhang amega?

CEBUANO: Mu ania ka didtoa sa panimalay saimong amega?

 Some words is different but same points.

In English, Bisaya is a group of languages spoken in the Visayan Islands. Cebuano, Ilonggo and Waray-waray are all Bisayan languages.

My Spanish has also improved a lot during the years I was married to a Peruvian guy, not only the realisation of the language itself, but also my conscience of its idiosyncrasies.

I'm here for those who would like to know a bit about Brazilian Portuguese.

Oh okay. So Bisaya is like a big umbrella of languages.
